Job Fair 2026

The Career Center of the Bratislava University of Economics and Business is organizing a "Job Fair" - a job fair to provide companies with direct contact to mediate job opportunities, job recommendations, consultations with graduates and current EUBA students.

Venue: Bratislava University of Economics and Business (EUBA)

Companies have the opportunity to directly address 1,800 future graduates and 7,400 students during the normal teaching process.

 

Visitors

  • recent students and graduates of the EUBA looking for specific jobs and trainee programs,
  • students of lower grades who are interested in employment opportunities, interested in gaining experience during their studies, eg. in the form of an internship, part-time work.

Price list for exhibitors

The number of places is limited.

When registering by February 4, 2026 (inclusive), an additional 10% discount applies to the final price.

* Maximum number of company representatives - 2 people, for whom refreshments are provided. A higher number of representatives is charged (15.00 Eur / person - including refreshments)

** Exhibition area C will only open if areas A and B are full.

Cancellation of participation

Cancellation after February 17, 2026 - 75% fee

Cancellation after March 10, 2026 - 100% fee

March 17, 2026 (Tuesday) from 07:30 to 08:00

Basic information

Important information for exhibitors
  • attendance is influenced by the schedule of teaching in the EUBA, Starts at 7.30 am Ends at 7.30 pm
  • teaching breaks: 9.00 - 9.15, 10.45 - 11.00, 12.30 - 13.30, 15.00 - 15.15.

 

Space and exhibition stands

  • for Job Fair is designed ground floor main entrance and side entrance hall V2 (Rector's Office)
  • it is possible to bring your own stand construction to the trade fair (space is limited to 200 cm x 200 cm, ie 2 school desks and 2 chairs), roll ups, pop-up walls, stands up to a maximum size of 2 m are allowed,
  • the space can be viewed at any time by agreement with the coordinator,
  • the participants are not provided with a fixed stand construction,
  • the boundaries of space must be respected,
  • the participant chooses the reservation of promotional stands directly in the electronic application according to the vacant spaces specified in the section Current Occupancy of the Space.

Refreshments

  • refreshments will be provided in the designated area during the day,
  • snacks and lunches are for 2 company representatives,
  • the offer of hot and cold meals can be found in other dining facilities directly in the university premises.

Parking

  • public parking spaces in front of the EUBA are not limited by the number of cars,
  • the exhibitor has the right to arrive by car directly in front of the entrance of the building V2 to unload materials and then it is necessary to park the car on the public parking lot EUBA.

Connection to electricity and water

  • this connection is limited, so we do not recommend screens and computers,
  • water connection not available.
  • WiFi is accessible free of charge on the EUBA-Guest network with a password that the organizers will give to companies upon registration on the day of the event.

Invoicing

  • invoicing takes place after the end of the job fair.
