About the Program:
Spark 2.0 – Is an internship focusing on developing emerging talents across the Asset Management industry.
In Asset Management we manage financial portfolio within the leading risk-knowledge company. We steer the investments, handle liabilities and create the balance our internal clients need.
Spark is an exclusive opportunity to experience our asset management department in an interesting way. You will see the whole asset-liability management process and as well analyze possible investment returns. The biggest advantage lies in understanding the bigger picture of the company, asset management as such and cross-collaboration.
During the 9 months journey you will have multiple trainings and courses and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues from different departments and locations. Our team is supportive and encourages you to learn, make decisions and drive within the performance culture of Swiss Re as we make the world more resilient.
About you
- University student as of September 2022
- Have at the least basic knowledge in investments and markets
- Have business proficiency in English language
- Like analytical work and you are familiar with MS Office
- You are able to work with the complex information and interpret outcomes
- Collaborative, proactive and you have a can-do attitude
- Able to prioritize and set deadlines
- You are a great teammate
